Since 2006, SERRV International has partnered with paper crafters in of Nepal, providing a long-term trading partnership and interest-free advance payment for our orders. Through sales of their products, all artisans—more than 90% of whom are women—earn a living wage and are eligible for benefits including free lunches, personal loans, health insurance, advance payments, training, and a small pension. Paper crafters in Nepal also support development programs, including initiatives like the 'Send Your Daughter to School" scholarship program, human trafficking awareness and prevention campaigns for teen girls, and environmental enterprises like tree planting.
