The Arab farmers—many of whom own their olive groves—in Israel and the West Bank receive fair prices for their crops through fair trade. Israeli and Palestinian women also receive a unique opportunity for employment through picking and processing the fresh olives into delicious olive oils.

Through their work, Jewish and Arab women working together gain access to many unique and beneficial social programs, including instruction on beekeeping, organic farming, sustainable agriculture, and financial education while building trust and a message of peace and coexistence between Israelis and Palestinians.
