Reshaping Your Bolgatanga Basket: Our artisan partners fold this basket in order to ship more efficiently. To remove creases and restore its shape, dampen basket with a spray bottle or other water source, or by submerging in water for 1 minute. Let it rest for 5 minutes to allow grass to absorb the moisture and become pliable. Bend and press the basket into shape - don't worry, it won't break. Allow it to air dry before use and enjoy your beautiful handwoven basket from Ghana!

Love, love these boat baskets! Makes a great market basket, farmers market tote, airlines. Great colors, material and design. Don't pass these up, they are wonderful.

This basket is sooooo beautiful. The picture doesn't do it justice. I love it! When you get it, it is squashed, but you just follow the instructions on the website and it returns to its proper shape.
